PARKING: Cars ONLY can park in the PYC lots across the road. NO TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PYC.
TRAILER PARKING: Trailer Parking is available OFF SITE. Once trailers are unloaded, we ask that you take ALL trailers to our offsite lot. Directions: exit Edgewater drive, turn right onto Prospect Ave (SS), turn right onto Oakton Rd, proceed down Oakton Rd until you see a large field on your right. Park trailers in line in the field.
UNLOAD TRAILERS: Cars with trailers will be asked to come down the gravel road right next to Edgewater Drive (there will be signs). Please pull all the way forward and begin to untie boats. Trailers will be asked to continue to move forward and be able to unload boats when next to the grass where all boats will be kept. Once boats are unloaded, please follow the signs to trailer parking. NO TRAILERS will be allowed to park in the parking lot across the street from the PYC.
FOOD: The PYC grills will be open Friday night, Saturday and Sunday lunch for cash purchase. $8 Cash at the grill will include Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, chips, fruit, side salad, and dessert. This is available for all Non-Sailors.
Saturday Night Regatta Dinner: Pre-Order your Tickets HERE. Join us for a fun after racing regatta dinner. Special "Boat of the Day" awards will be presented at this time. All families of sailors, PYC members, and PLSS sailors are welcome!
SAFETY: For everyone's safety, we will have a Medical officer on land and on the water at all times. All coaches will also be asked to be a designated safety boat.
RAFFLE: Every sailor will be given a raffle ticket at check-in. You can also earn raffle tickets from our on-site sponsor. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. The raffle drawings will be Sunday prior to trophies.
