This is a USODA QUALIFIER for the 2020 Team Trials.

Friday, September 6
2:00pm-6:00pm: Competitor Check-In & Coach/Spectator Flag Registration
4:00pm Practice Races for R, W, B Fleets 
6:00-7:30pm Dinner & Guest Speakers
 ***Friday Night Dinner & Speaker is NOT included in registration fee. 

Friday Dinner: Hamburgers & Hot Dogs, Chips, Watermelon, side salads, & dessert. $8 CASH AT THE GRILL. No need to pre-register for Friday night dinner.

*Augie Dale: "From my first USODA event to winning A Division College National's; Sailing after Optis in High School and College."

Saturday, September 7
8:00-9:00a: Competitor Check-In and Coach/Spectator Flag Registration
8:00-10:00a: Continental Breakfast and Make your own Lunch
8:45a: Coaches’ Meeting
9:00a: Competitors’, Coaches’ and Parents’ Meeting

9:30a: Harbor Launch
10:30a: First Warning Signal – Championship Fleet

After Racing:  Regatta Dinner: Sailors dinner is included in registration. $15/pp for adults and siblings  

Sunday, September 8
8:00a-9:00a: Continental Breakfast and Make your own Lunch
8:30a: Coaches’ Meeting
9:00a: Harbor Launch
10:00a: First Warning Signal – Championship Fleet
Lunch on the Water
2:00p: No first Warning Signal for a race or “Set” of races after this time
After Racing: Awards ceremony

MORE INFORMATION:

PARKING: Cars ONLY can park in the PYC lots across the road. NO TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PYC. 

TRAILER PARKING: Trailer Parking is available OFF SITE. Once trailers are unloaded, we ask that you take ALL trailers to our offsite lot. Directions: exit Edgewater drive, turn right onto Prospect Ave (SS), turn right onto Oakton Rd, proceed down Oakton Rd until you see a large field on your right. Park trailers in line in the field. 

UNLOAD TRAILERS: Cars with trailers will be asked to come down the gravel road right next to Edgewater Drive (there will be signs). Please pull all the way forward and begin to untie boats. Trailers will be asked to continue to move forward and be able to unload boats when next to the grass where all boats will be kept. Once boats are unloaded, please follow the signs to trailer parking. NO TRAILERS will be allowed to park in the parking lot across the street from the PYC. 

FOOD: The PYC grills will be open Friday night, Saturday and Sunday lunch for cash purchase. $8 Cash at the grill will include Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, chips, fruit, side salad, and dessert. This is available for all Non-Sailors. 

Saturday Night Regatta Dinner: Tickets will be available at the registration table. Registered sailors are free. Join us for a fun after racing regatta dinner. Special "Boat of the Day" awards will be presented at this time. All families of sailors, PYC members, and PLSS sailors are welcome! 

SAFETY: For everyone's safety, we will have a Medical officer on land and on the water at all times. All coaches will also be asked to be a designated safety boat. 

RAFFLE: Every sailor will be given a raffle ticket at check-in. You can also earn raffle tickets from our on-site sponsors & vendors. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. The raffle drawings will be Sunday prior to trophies. 

VENDORS: Thank you very much for our on-site vendors: Harken Blockheads, McLaughlin Optimist, and Stelluca. These on-site vendors, as well as, APS and Lon Gundie have generously donated to our raffle.
